O Tannenbaum (O Christmas Tree)


O Tannenbaum (O Christmas Tree) is a German traditional folk song from 16th century. The lyrics originally describe the evergreen qualities of Fir tree as a symbol of constancy and faithfulness. The custom of decorating Fir tree as Christmas tree developed in the 19th century and after that this song was regarded as a Christmas Carol.

Vivaldi - Sonata in G Major RV 59 1st mov, Rehearsal for a Concert

This piece is the Preludio of Vivaldi Sonata in G Major RV 59. The sonata contains 4 movements. Originally composed for Descant Recorder and Basso Contiuno, it is now arranged for Recorder and Guitar. Recently, Scholar stated that this music should be composed by Nicolas Chédeville, not Vivaldi.

This is a rehearsal for a Free Concert on 21-1-2017. Details are provided at the end of the video.

小提琴二重奏：海頓 (Haydn) - 玩具交響曲 (選自篠崎小提琴教本第四卷)


大部份人認為認為玩具交響曲是交響曲之父海頓的作品，但其實並未有一個確定的答案。這個版本取材自玩具交響曲的第一樂章，由很多協和的和聲構成，亦有豐富的強弱對比，十分符合海頓的作曲風格，因此很合理地被視為他的作品。
