【明報專訊】一顆威力足以毁滅整個城市的小行星，將於今晚深夜在約2.7萬公里上空掠過地球，較地球同步人造衛星更接近地球表面，是有紀錄以來同類小行星最接近地球掠過的紀錄，為科學家帶來近距離分析小行星的好機會，如果天氣清朗，本港市民亦有機會看到。

這枚名為2012 DA14的小行星，以每小時2.8萬公里的速度由南至北飛行，於本港時間今晚凌晨3時26分最接近地球時，於印尼蘇門答臘島上空2.7萬公里掠過，較一般通訊和氣象衛星離地3.5萬公里的軌道還接近地面，這個時候亞洲和澳洲地區正值晚上，民眾可透過雙筒望遠鏡或以上級數的天文望遠鏡觀察。

【明報專訊】本港數以萬計Wi-Fi用戶的安全響起警號。有人在網上放售百多元的Wi-Fi強力破解器，本報記者聯同互聯網保安專家測試後，證實佔有全港Wi-Fi router（路由器）市場四成的舊款WEP加密格式，接近百分之百可破解，縱使設定超過20位字元長度、異常複雜的密碼（見表）也難倖免。

專家警告，不法分子可輕易侵入Wi-Fi網絡竊取市民文件、圖片、各種密碼。警方表示正密切關注這類案件，呼籲市民盡快加強網絡保安。
